Keep My Friends Close

This has been a trying summer and I’m not going to get into why. Those who know me know well and those who don’t can read past posts but it’s been my own ‘quarter-life crisis’ (this blogger hates to quote Mr. Mayer…but it’s happening.

Anyhow, it is because of the support of a few friends and supporters that I haven’t given up. These are people outside of my loved ones but are finding their ways into the inner circle. I’m not talking about Marie (my girlfriend) or my parents, siblings, or the band or Cahill. All those people are great and have been so supportive but I wanted to take a chance to thank those other people who have been like a rock for me when things have been a drag:

Jim–I met Jim a year ago at Faneuil Hall and he has become my most avid blog reader and one of my best friends. Equal parts spiritual guide, teacher, and supporter, he has provided me with much guidance during a time of my life that is going through unstable and rapid change.

Jeff and Malissa–Other avid blog readers and My Space friends whom I’ve only met TWICE but I feel like I know so well. They continue to supply me with encouragement all the way from Texas and hopefully they’ll be able to move up HERE before I move away (because it’s going to happen sooner or later).

Katie L. and Nicole L.–They’re people I have met because of music but have managed to forge friendships with. They show interest, tell their friends and always provide good conversation.

Those are just a few of many but people who have been consistently available. I do appreciate and treasure.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Brian, I wish we could be a closer-proximity support group…but, you know we’re here for ya no matter where we are.

    AWWW Brian you’re the best!

You’re welcome, and deserve great things. You know I’m not going anywhere….minus the fact that I am across the ocean right now…and will continue to support you through all your endeavors!
