It’s 1am on Sunday and I essentially broke my daily commitment to write in the blog…but I’m going to go ahead and say that this one counts for Saturday.
Anyhow, this is my second post in as many days that has nothing to do with music. I’ve been stressing a lot lately due to my financial situation and it almost prevented me from driving back to Lowell to attend my cousin Dan’s bachelor party. In the end, however, I sucked it up and came home and I’m glad I did.
It’s a nice reminder that even when things kind of suck that live is essentially good. I’ve had to learn to chill out and take things less seriously and tonight was another loosening of the vice grip that my hyperactive lifestyle has had on me.
I’m sharing this more out of a kind of thinking out loud than anything. Make what you’d like out of it.
One musical tidbit–I’m meeting with Gary (agent) tomorrow to discuss what the dealie-yo is. It’s been slow going on the booking front and we’re trying to figure out what to do next.
